Girls Club is a 5-week program for girls ages 8-13 (3rd - 6th/7th grade)
Sessions are 90 minutes long and at a designated location that is set up to host 8-12 girls

Female Anatomy
Basic Male Anatomy
Body Safety
Body Changes
Menstruation
Costs: $175 per child.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Find a friend to go for you or choose a different class if you have to cancel your registration.
* Girls Club is not a sex education class and for girls only!
All participants are provided with a journal to fill out during classes and to keep afterwards.
Meet your Girls Club of Hampton Roads Teacher
I’m Maika Schneider, a former teacher, now licensed midwife and mama to three kids. While searching for good and age-appropriate resources for my own daughter, I came across Annie Wolf and her wonderful Girls Club curriculum. When the chance arose to get certified as a trainer and to open a chapter for the Hampton Roads area, I couldn't wait to sign up!
In my line of work, I come across women quite frequently who do not know the terms to describe their own body parts and struggle to show themselves a lot of kindness and self-love.
I got certified to teach Girls Club classes to provide an educational and safe space to help girls understand and appreciate their bodies, learn about changes during puberty, and help them understand how to protect and keep their body safe.
